This project involved the removal of the existing dilapidated stairs around Longreach Bay on Rottnest Island, and the design and construction of new limestone block stairs.
Significant planning around movement of material, personnel and equipment to and from the island was also required during the works due to the complex logistic requirements of working on an island. Through the careful management of our work program and logistics BOS Civil completed the works within the required timeframe and kept to our program of works.
