BOS Civil has delivered the Claravale Stage 4 project, which involved installation of sewer, drainage and subsoil, water, gas, electrical, communications as well as construction of retaining walls and road works on the 58-lot subdivision in Perth’s south.
The team has overcome various challenges including groundwater and underground sewer and subsoil drainage in the wet clay during winter. To assist the client in securing titles of the land, the BOS Civil team rescheduled the project in order to get the seal down earlier in the programme. This was well-received by the client.
