BOS Civil has delivered Parkland Heights Stage 11 A which involved bulk earthworks, sewer, drainage, service installation (water, gas, electrical and communications), installation of retaining walls, roadworks and kerbing and footpath works on the 56-lot subdivision in Baldivis.
The project built on the existing relationship between Rockingham Parks and BOS Civil, with the team successfully delivering the Parkland Heights Stage 6 subdivision and the Neighbourhood Centre in 2024.
