The Seddon Street Public Realm Upgrade involved the demolition and removal of existing surface treatments, road pavement, and stormwater drainage infrastructure, followed by the installation of new stormwater drainage, irrigation, electrical, lighting, and communications infrastructure.
The works also included the construction of a new trafficable carriageway with parking bays, upgraded surface treatments, new street furniture, and softscape areas to enhance the functionality and appeal of the public space.
