Following the successful delivery of Stage 1, BOS Civil was awarded Stage 2 of Mosaic Parkside. Scope of works included bulk earthworks, drainage, sewer and water reticulation, underground power and communications, retaining walls, roadworks and footpaths.
Stage 2 presented several challenges, including extensive dewatering and site remediation works to prepare the site for construction. Careful planning and sequencing were essential, with multiple concurrent work fronts across both stages to maintain programme and deliver the project safely and efficiently.
The successful completion of Stage 2 contributed to the delivery of 66 residential lots across the two stage development, providing a fully serviced subdivision ready for future housing.
