Following the practical completion of The Brook Stage 2 for Parcel Property, works commenced on Stage 3 of the residential subdivision.
The project included construction of the stage’s civil infrastructure, with drainage works undertaken in challenging ground conditions. Heavy clay soils, deep sewer infrastructure and significant excavation requirements required careful planning and sequencing throughout construction.
The works were delivered to support the next stage of the development while maintaining safety, quality and compliance with project specifications.
