BOS Civil continued on site with Parkland Heights Stage 11D, marking the sixth stage successfully delivered by the BOS Civil team within the estate. The team have successfully delivered Parkland Heights Stages 6, 11A, 11B and 11C subdivisions in 2025 as well as the Neighbourhood Centre.
Stage 11D involved bulk earthworks, sewer, drainage, service installation (water, gas, electrical and communications), installation of retaining walls, roadworks and kerbing and footpath works.
