This project involved bulk earthworks, sewer, drainage, service installation (water, gas, electrical and communications), installation of retaining walls, roadworks and kerbing and footpath works on the 66-lot subdivision in Baldivis. The project builds on the existing relationship between Rockingham Parks and BOS Civil, with the team successfully delivering the Parkland Heights Stages 6, 11A and 11B subdivisions in 2025 and the Neighbourhood Centre in 2024.
